Smart Controller

Smart controllers are the brains behind how to water your landscape. Inputs such as ET (evapotransporation), soil type, plant material type, and precipitation rate of the irrigation system are logged into the smart controllers data base. This, along with some type of climate control unit (portable weather station) will help the unit respond to weather changes. It will automatically determine and adjust your irrigation schedule through proprietary algorithms that incorporate this input data. A smart controller will help to reduce or eliminate the laborious and sometimes complicated irrigation runtimes and frequency calculations required to set and adjust a controller. In most cases, homeowners won’t need to adjust their irrigation schedules once the system has been installed and fine tuned.
